I neglected to post this cool picture of R taking the hook out of his fish. You can check that off the list of the "things you need to do to prove that you're growing up". I love the look on our freind's face -- I can just hear her thinking, "EEuuuww, you're TOUCHING it!"

You're right, R certainly can check that one off the Growing Up List! That's not easy to do, especially if you're trying to save the fish! I'm so proud! It took me a long time to learn to do that, and now that I think about it, I think I'd just hand it to you so you can take it out for me!
On second thought, or maybe this is the third thought, I'd just say "R, you catch'em, clean'em, and then I'll cook'em!
Such a look of concentration. I love it. Sounds like a great vacation at the cottage. I just love vacations! I loved the shot of your scapping set up. What a fun spot to watch the boys and get fun work done.
